A Word from the Principal | December 2023

This is our last Newsletter for 2023.

It’s always good to see photos of happy, smiling children, and hear about all the good things happening at Hope Christian College.

The end of the year is here and I would like to wish you all a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

This is a special time of year when we remember that Jesus came to earth and took on human form to be our Saviour.

In the Bible, Matthew chapter 1, verse 21 says, “Mary will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

What an amazing thought—that the Son of God would give up his rightful place in Heaven to come to earth so that he could be our Saviour—cancelling our debt of sin and giving us eternal life.

I hope that you all have a lovely Christmas holiday. If you are able, take some time out to enjoy life and enjoy family. Maybe go to the beach, play in a park, barbeque some sausages. Before you know it we’ll be back again!
